1. Nature of Services

The Company provides digital and fintech services including AEPS, Money Transfer (DMT), Recharge & Bill Payments, PAN Card services, Retailer / Distributor / White Label services, API and business support services. The Company acts only as a service facilitator and does not provide any financial guarantee or assured income.

2. User Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older and provide true, accurate, and complete information. Use of services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Account activation is subject to document verification. The Company reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any account without prior notice if any violations or discrepancies are found.

4. Fees & Charges

All applicable fees and charges are communicated in advance. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. The Company reserves the right to revise charges at any time.

5. Transactions & Liability

Transactions are dependent on banks, NPCI, and third-party service providers. The Company is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by external systems and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not misuse services, share login credentials, misuse Company branding, or make false income or service-related promises. Any such violation may result in immediate termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, software, and content are the exclusive property of Ads Innovation Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Suspension & Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in cases of fraud, legal issues, or policy violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, technical failures, or system downtime. Services are used at the user’s own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts of Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
